Your privacy, in plain English.

We built WhoEngine to find the right people for you. To do that, we need to handle a small amount of data. Here is exactly what we collect, why, and what we will never do with it.
What we collect.
When you sign up, we store your name, email, and the company or project you tell us about. When you describe who you are looking for, we save your search so you can come back to it later.
We also collect basic usage data, like which pages you visit and when, so we can keep the product working and improve it over time.
What we do not collect.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your searches with other users. We do not buy lists of contacts or scrape private information.
The people we surface in your results come from public sources only.
Research uses public information available when you search, not continuous monitoring. Details may be incomplete or out of date. Confirm identity and important facts before outreach. A match does not guarantee buying intent.
How we use it.
We use your data to run searches for you, save your results, send you product emails, and keep the service secure. That is it.
We use a small number of trusted services (for sign in, hosting, email, and AI models). They only see what they need to do their job, and they cannot use your data for anything else.
Your choices.
You can export your searches at any time. You can delete your account at any time, and we will remove your data within thirty days.
If you want a copy of everything we have on you, just ask.
Cookies.
We use cookies to keep you signed in and to understand which features people use. We do not use them to follow you around the web.
Changes.
If we change this policy in a way that matters to you, we will email you before it takes effect.
